Well, not exactly pebbles! They are definitely rocks.
I think it is a bridge. The piles at each end make me think of the tall parts of a suspension bridge.
The part on the tree stump makes me think of a nest full of eggs at the tip top of the bridge towers!
I like it. I think it looks like a well with the tall pile of rock being the well part and the long pile of rocks being the pipes.
